What's your minimum order quantity?
Our MOQs are flexible but typically start at 50 pieces. We deliberately keep it low so emerging brands and boutiques can launch without committing to factory-scale runs. In case you like something from our ready stock then there are no MOQs. For some product categories — like quilts and large home textiles — MOQs may be a touch higher. We'll tell you exactly what's possible on our first call.
I don't have a tech pack yet — can you still help?
Absolutely. About a third of our partners come to us with mood boards, Pinterest links, or just a colour palette. Our in-house design team can take you from concept to tech pack as part of the engagement. Mention this on your first message and we'll set up a design consultation.
How long does sample turnaround take?
Sample development typically takes 1 – 3 weeks from approved tech pack. If we need to develop a custom block or print, add another week. We'll lock in a precise timeline when we send your costing — no surprises later.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship from Jaipur to 15+ countries. We have multiple courier partners we work with who can ship to your doorstep and help with custom clearance.
What payment terms do you offer?
For first-time partners: 50% advance against PI, 50% before dispatch. Once we've delivered two collections together, we move to flexible payment terms. We accept SWIFT wire and Wise.
What type of fabrics do you work with?
We have several fabric partners and can source any type of fabric you want. Mostly we work with cotton, linen, and velvet.
